Ellenbrook Consulting Ltd was set up in 1998 by Mike Attridge who remains very “hands-on” and continues to head up the company to this day.

With Mike’s background as a chartered quantity surveyor working on all sides of the construction industry, the company provides quantity surveying and other commercial services to clients, construction and project managers, main contractors and subcontractors.

Ellenbrook Consulting, with sister companies operating in the contracting, property development and investing sectors has a wide range of skills not normally found under one roof in such a small company.

Indeed there are very few construction and property matters that Ellenbrook can’t handle in-house. If specialist services are required e.g. planning consultancy, then Ellenbrook has long-standing relationships with senior professionals in these fields.

Today, Ellenbrook Consulting Ltd is part of the Ellenbrook Group, which includes a contracting company, Ellenbrook Construction Ltd, and a recently established property development company, Ellenbrook Homes Ltd.
