• We developed the procurement and contracting strategy for client Union Rail for the the Channel Tunnel Rail Link project (now known as HS1) which included the redevelopment of the Grade I listed St. Pancras Station..
• We procured the precast concrete tunnel linings for the HS2 Joint Venture comprising Skanska, Costain and, Strabag Joint Venture.
• We are currently providing commercial management services to a number of projects for Great Yarmouth Borough Council including the new Operations and Maintenance Campus in the port area for the off-shore energy industry.
• We are currently providing project management and commercial management services for Austin’s Funeral Directors in connection with the conversion of a previous Waitrose store in Old Stevenage to a new central operations facility for Austin’s business..
• Before the invasion by Russia we were requested by the Ukrainian road agency to provide training in the financial control and preparation of bills of quantities for their staff in connection for a major programme of road improvement projects.
• We prepared full bills of quantities for the new Gullwing bridge in Lowestoft for Suffolk County Council to assist with the procurement of tenders for this project.
We provide post-contract commercial management services to a variety of specialist subcontractors including groundworkers, architectural precast concrete manufacturers and installers and mechanical and electrical businesses.
